Awards ~ Grand Commander’s Youth Award 2010, HIKE $1000 club 3 years running, Missouri Job’s Daughters above and Beyond Award, Grand and Supreme Spirit Awards; numerous 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards for Ritual work at Grand level and in Sign Language competition, Arts & Crafts, and writing at Grand and Supreme Level. She has received a Gold Scholar Athletic Award, JV Sport and Academic Letters, the Glory of Missouri for Temperence, and Presidential Gold Award. She has also been recognized for a 4.0 and above Honor Roll and a top 10 student for her 3 years of high school so far. This year she was chosen to be a delegate at Missouri Girls State in June.
History ~ Caitlyn was initiated into Job’s Daugters International in 2006 and is a Past Honored Queen of Bethel 43 of Fenton, MO. She has held several Grand Offices. In September of 2006, she was selected to serve as the St. Louis Area Line Officers Club (SLALOC) Spirit Jr. Princess. During Grand Session in 2010, Caitlyn was selected to serve as the State of MO Daughter Coordinator to assist in promoting and raising funds for JDI’s charity, Hearing Impaired Kids Endowment. For the past three years, she has raised over one thousand dollars for HIKE and is a member of the $1000 HIKE CLUB. In April 2011, she was selected as Progression Chapter’s Sweetheart. She has served twice on the Masonic Youth Day Committee, is a Crew Member at McDonalds and has volunteered at Rankin Jordan Pediatric Specialty Hospital in the nursery. She will be a senior at her high school this fall where she is a member of her school’s Renaissance club to promote student achievement, is an active member of National Honor Society, and has received recognition by the National Society of High School Scholars. She has performed in many school and community plays and was a member of her school’s choir and has performed with the St. Louis Children’s Choirs. After graduating, she plans on attending the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg and becoming a neonatal nurse. |
