Carondelet Chapter observed Devotion Sunday with the members of St. Matthew United Church of Christ in St. Louis on Sunday April 6, 2008. This is the home church of Carondelet's present Master Councilor, Alex Kratz. Alex, Kevin Gulledge and Ronnie Gray, all members of Carondelet and of St. Matthew's Church led the opening processional carrying the Bible, the Flag and several school books. Alex and Ronnie then presented a Call to Wordhip built around these three DeMolay symbols and the Seven Cardinal Virtues of DeMolay.

Past State Master Councilors Justin Dryer & Tony Broome are part of the DeMolay Knights that host the annual event.

Excalibur Chapter visited the Blue Springs City Council Meeting Tuesday February 19th and donated an American Flag as well as a Missouri State Flag to fly over City Hall.

If you enjoyed the Gym for Volleyball, Basketball, last years King & Queen Dance and this years schedule for sports and the K&Q Dance to come, then you need to thank the building committee by participating in this cause!

This marks the first investiture in Springfield and the start of a new Legion of Honor Priory.

Kirkwood, Missouri

Master Councilor Andrew Scholl Presenting Educator of the Year to 3 individuals. We do more than one since we have three school districts in our chapter. Also Excelsior Chapter's Holiday Dinner in December 2007.

Lebanon Chapter Order of DeMolay in co-operation with the American Red Cross, Held a Community Blood Drive on December 15, 2007.
The drive was held at the Laclede Lodge # 83. The weather was cold, it was snowing, and it became quite slick outside during the event.
12 units of blood were donated. Those that donated included Area 4 and Lebanon Chapter Master Councilor Billy Rollins,
Lebanon's Past Sweetheart Eleanor Lipkin, Past Master Councilor Aaron Rollins, and Junior Councilor Zac Hester. All of which were first time Donors.
Lebanon intends to attempt another drive in a few months when the weather is a little warmer.

Masonic Family Working Together

Christmas at the Veterans hospital On December 15, 2007 under the direction of State Chaplain, Dan Best, from William F. Kuhn Chapter, Order of Demolay everyone braved the snow and cold to bring gifts to every patient at the Veterans hospital of Kansas City MO.

RWB Larry Cameron Treasurer of Swope Park Lodge directed the Masons.

Honored Queen of Bethel #1 Rebeca Crocker led the Jobs Daughters.

Carondelet chapter had a Halloween Party at a local cemetery. One of the parents is a caretaker there and we have a scavenger hunt each year. This year the boys found the tombstone of Jacques DeMolay.
